I would like to suggest the plan for the integration of Europe.

I would like to present a manifesto for the voiceless.

European Rule of law must be the basis for the integration of Europe.
(European Commission presents a framework to safeguard the rule of law in the European Union)

I would like to define the European Rule of Law as the inclusive political and economic institutions, as they defined by the book "Why Nations Fail: The Origins of Power, Prosperity, and Poverty" by Acemoğlu and Robinson

European migrant crisis.

Some people in Rojava YPG  give their lives for the European Rule o Law, fighting Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.

Some people of (Kurdistan Workers' Party) PKK in Turkey die because of Erdogan's "rule of law" with the extractive political institutions.

The most of European citizens don't want to close their borders because of the fear of Terrorism.

Angela_Merkel tries to secure the European borders in Aegean sea and she tries to negotiate it with Erdoğan.

Erdogan does not care for European migrant crisis, actually he uses the crisis to gain as more as possible.

I would like to ask, why my friend Angela speaks with Erdoğan to find solutions for the European migrant crisis.

First of all Angela must explain to Erdogan that Erdogan's "rule of law" is an enemy of the European Rule of Law.
It is not possible Turkey be a European Union member state, under these circumstances.
First Turkey must change his extractive political institutions to inclusive.

Afterward European Union and North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) must not designated PKK as a terrorist organization, as  United Nations and Switzerland do.

Turkish people have to decide alone, with a referendum if they prefer European Rule of Law or Erdogan's "rule of law"

European Union must support the creation of a Kurdish State in Rojava in the basis, of the European Rule of Law or even better.

Switzerland can support YPG to create a European State in North Syria, with an improved European Rule of Law in the direction of more inclusive political and economic institutions.

Denmark can support YPG to create a European State with  Flexicurity.

A Kurdish State in Rojava with the European Rule of Law and the support of the European Union and NATO can manage to control the European migrant crisis, and defeat Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.

European Union must also understand that Rojava is polyethnic and different from Northern Kurdistan, Southern Kurdistan, Eastern Kurdistan.


Rojava is a flower of inclusive institutions in the desert of extractive institutions of the area and needs support in the beginning to flourish.

Rojava needs support to stay in their legs and afterwards Rojava may create an even more inclusive Rule of Law than the European Rule of law.

A Kurdish State in North Syria seems to be acceptable goal also for Putin, even if he himself is an enemy for the European Rule of Law.

European Rule of Law and Nationals "rule of law"

Nationals "rule of law" seems to be very different than the European Rule of law.

It is obvious that several Member States, have or trying to create, a national "rule of law", which is different from the European Rule of Law.

I follow your fight for the European Rule of Law in Poland and Russia.

I think that you have already informed that European Rule of Law is under threat also in Greece.

I can inform you for some cases where the European Rule of Law is under threat in Greece.

The institutions of a political party are more important than the leader of the party.

I would like to suggest the plan for the integration of Europe.

1. European Rule of Law as principal with:

a. inclusive political institutions
inclusive political parties
...

b. inclusive economic institutions
inclusive labor market,
inclusive capital market,
inclusive state market,

inclusive every market

...

2. Flexicurity

"... the managerial prerogative to manage and divide the work including the right to hire and dismiss the labour force at any time necessary"
Flexicurity could start from the labour force of the public sector 

3. Based on the above it is easy to create a government plan so the most of Greek citizens have wages to cover household's reasonable living expenses and accommodation expenses.

Reasonable living expenses may be associated with reduction factors related to the trade deficit and the collectibility of taxes.

4. Change cash flow, means change institutions, means change behaviors.
