(en) Manifesto about another Greece and about another Europe

hello citizens this is a simple citizen dimitrios from greece, I would like to suggest the plan for the integration of Europe. 

The plan needs new principles for europe 

1 <reasonable living expenses> (rle) for every working citizen in the public sector
The rle may be associated with reduction factors related to the trade deficit and the collectibility of taxes.

2 limit the outsourcing of public sector to the (rle). 

3 evaluation of the citizens who work in public sector

4 follow the citizens money to create or service jobs with (rle) even for outsourcing of the private sector. 

5 creation of an independent european and local authority to certify private companies who covering (rle), even for outsourcing. 

6 citizen debts to public to be dealt with the same way as citizen debts to banks using the (rle) 

7 taxation to be dealt with the same way as citizen debts to banks using the (rle) 

8 pension that covers the (rle) of all the citizens taking into acount other incomes

9 if the manifesto voted in european parliament by the members of european parliament, we can change the world

10 the plan can be implemented in Greece, Ukraine and every country in debt or plans to get into the Euro, after asking the countries citizens
